What is Boxing coaching?

Introduction:

Boxing coaching is a combination of psychology and boxing and offers you a valuable training to learn more about yourself, your behavior and that of others. To then deal with it (better). It supports your development in the area of ​​resilience, communication, resistance and dealing with stress and emotions. Hitting each other on the head is not an issue here. We use proven exercise forms from the world of boxing and (fighting) sports in an accessible way that have a positive influence on your physical and mental fitness. It also helps to discharge well and simply feel better about yourself.

 

Programme:

The program is aimed at becoming more aware of your thoughts, feelings, actions, impulses and emotions and how to deal with them through play and movement. Boxing coaching can also help to expose personal themes that might otherwise remain underexposed. In each session you can learn new skills and gain insights on a physical, mental and social level that you can use directly in your life.

    6. Taking up space/giving space;
    7. Following & leading;
    8. Anticipate & coordinate;

Yields:

You increase your (body) awareness, control and (self) confidence. In addition, you learn to focus better, deal with emotions and explore/indicate your boundaries. In short, boxing coaching has a positive effect on your mental and physical resilience.
