The ACLO is governed by a General Board (AB) and an Executive Board (DB). Together, they are responsible for the organization's policy, direction, and day-to-day operations. The board is committed to making the sports offerings for over 20.000 Groningen students as accessible, accessible, and diverse as possible—from club sports to courses and group lessons.

The General Board contributes to the overall strategy, oversees policy, and represents the affiliated associations. The Executive Board is responsible for implementation, maintains contact with the Sports Center and external partners, and ensures that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Every year, the ACLO is looking for new, enthusiastic board members who want to make a difference in student sports for a year. Do you want to gain administrative experience, expand your network, and contribute to the enjoyment of sports for thousands of students?

The Executive Board also organizes information evenings, shadowing days, and coffee breaks. During a shadowing day, you'll get a good idea of what the board does all day and experience the atmosphere. You can focus on one or more roles. We'd be happy to explain everything we do!
We can also do this by having a coffee at the Sports Center and explaining things in a shorter time. During information evenings, we'll cover all the tasks and explain the board year in general. We hope to see you soon!
