The ACLO is the sports facility for students at the University of Groningen and the Hanze.
At the ACLO you will not only find a wide range of group classes and courses, but you can also work out and join a student sports club. Every year, more than 20,000 enthusiastic students take advantage of this offer.
The ACLO is run entirely by students. The Executive Board can be found in the office full time and deals with devising and implementing policies, finances, events and sports offerings. The General Board, present on a part-time basis, votes on proposed policies. In addition to these boards, the ACLO has several committees in which students organize (sports) events and help improve sports offerings, among other things.
