What is Yoga?

During yoga you move very consciously and integrate your breathing into the exercises. You can build flexibility and endurance during yoga, but it is also a way to relax.

Group lesson

The yoga classes that the ACLO offers can be different every time. This way the lessons remain varied and fun for everyone. There will always be a mix of effort and relaxation and of stretching and increasing mobility. You do not need any previous experience with yoga for this group class. Make sure you have a towel with you for hygiene.

Beginner course

In the yoga course you will be introduced to the basic postures and the role of breathing during yoga. The course is intended for beginners. The course will give you sufficient knowledge about your body and you will gain the confidence to participate in regular classes.

The course lasts 5 weeks, of which you will receive 1 hours of lessons each week. Participation is free. You can register via the ACLO app. Look here for an overview of the course periods.

Advanced course

The advanced yoga course is a follow-up to the beginner's course. Are you ready for more depth and challenge? Then the advanced yoga course is for you. We work at a faster pace, and you will learn how to safely perform poses such as the handstand and full wheel pose, and how to further develop them.
