The course is also intended for students who no longer participate in sports and who are literally and figuratively in

Objective of the Running Therapy course
The goal of the Running Therapy course is to use running to contribute to mental, psychological, and physical well-being! You'll also meet fellow students during this training.
Course structure
The course lasts five weeks, with one running session per week. You'll train under the supervision of a physiotherapist. The running time and distance are built up responsibly to prevent overuse injuries. Therefore, it's important that you're able to attend all classes during the five weeks.
