What is Bodyfit?

During bodyfit you work on your fitness, condition and muscle strengthening!

Group lesson

Bodyfit is a total-body workout. It's a group class for the entire body that focuses on conditioning and strengthening muscles. Various muscle groups, such as glutes, legs, chest, and abs, are addressed. No complicated choreography, just up-tempo music, moving to motivating tunes, and working up a sweat! This class uses a variety of equipment, including booty bands, dumbbells (hand weights), ankle weights, barbells, weight plates, and steps. Bring a water bottle, as you'll need it during this class. A towel is mandatory!

Because you can participate at your own level, this class is accessible to all levels.
